It is a vibrant hotel with beautifully designed surroundings and an excellent wellness program!

the staff was affable, with nice attitude.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Amazingly comfortable room looking out at mountain. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the bedroom. Accommodating, helpful staff towards all guests. Location really close to Tequila, the center, and the restaurant.

my stay at this hotel was fantastic as it is just a short walk from the vibrant plaza principal and only a quick stroll to the national museum of tequila, making it easy to soak up the local culture and history while enjoying the beautiful park views around the area.

I recently spent 3 nights in a Junior Suite with Mountain View. The suite was fine, spacious, and super comfortable. The pool area was perfect, and the restaurant served very nice food throughout my stay. Plus, the staff was always friendly and eager to help 🌿

Beautiful hotel with a fabulous pool. Surprisingly great food at Mango restaurant, though finding the parking confused me a bit. I felt super safe and relaxed during my time here!

I almost wrote a good review, but the lack of a welcome drink was just unbearable. The staff clearly favored certain guests over others, awkward. And can we talk about breakfast? Average at best. The cappuccino was practically water. For the price, it should be a luxurious experience, not this mediocre ordeal.

The room was spacious and featured a fine view that greeted me every morning. The outdoor areas were particularly good, with relaxing sun loungers by the pristine pool.

The contemporary design and fresh lilies added a calming touch. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the town center and near el tequileño distillery. The deep tissue massage was amazing, really helped with my stress. The inviting pool was perfect to cool off after a long day.

The hotel offered a lovely experience for our family with the beautiful surroundings. My kids loved splashing around in the inviting pool, while we enjoyed the fresh lilies in the lobby. It was just a short stroll to the town center for exploring.

The modern and quiet rooms are equipped with nice amenities, and the hotel provides a gated environment that enhances the feeling of safety and seclusion. Its close proximity to El Tequileño and Fortaleza distilleries made it perfect for after-work visits. The inviting pool area was an excellent way to unwind, and enjoying a refreshing drink under the 150-year-old mango trees was a highlight of my stay.

Parking situation needs improvement.

This was a solid option for a weekend jaunt in Tequila with good value for price. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. Make sure to check the parking situation ahead of time to avoid confusion.

This place is spotless, the rooms have a sleek vibe, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. 😊 the variety of food available here is top-notch and delicious. We only stayed for one night, but we were seriously considering extending our visit because of how great everything was here.

Convenient location not too far from the town center and the plaza. the breakfast offers a lot of delicious options to choose from 😋.
